The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to the shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to most major office buildings. It is also situated near the subway, making it easily accessible for transportation. the interior of the rooms is spacious and modern, with big windows and automatic curtains. the hotel provides complimentary water bottles and has a well-equipped gym to use.

The staff at the hotel have limited English language skills.

Its plain and simple with all the requirements to live properly.

Nothing really it was all very good.

The space of the appartment

We spent our Christmas vacation in a luxury serviced apartment and absolutely loved it! The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook our own meals and save money on eating out. The location was also great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. One of the best things was the excellent security provided by the hotel.

The housekeeping could have been better. There were a few areas that were not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing.

the 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean

location and large space very suitable for a family of 6 (three bed rooms on two levels), although with one bathroom and another toilet that is converted by adding a shower on top of hand wash basin made the floors wet after showers

elevator area too hot and humid one of the two elevator was frequently out of service, some staff English was poor we requested Taxi , told the reception the address but it was relayed wrongly to Taxi driver , very limited choice of English channels, satellite television (2 news chinese channels in English, one movie channel) , late check out (at half day price only until 6pm) after 6 pm check out is full days charge

the apartment was spacious, clean and well, designed. They provided us with daily cleaning services and changing of towels. the breakfast at the attached restaurant was delicious, they had a great selection of traditional breakfast and even served a few western options. the location was really convenient, we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the 24, hour convenience store nearby, it was extremely useful.

The only issue we had was with the staff, some were not very friendly or welcoming. Upon check, in, we were not given any information about the amenities or location, we had to constantly ask the staff for directions and recommendations.

The Aprtment was spacious, something that our family of 5 appreciated very much. There were many restaurants nearby and the excellent Beijing metro system was close at hand and the 7/11 shop across the road was handy for breakfast items. The staff arranged an excursion to the Great Wall.

Staff could not sort out our train tickets for us so we had to go all the way to the station and face the crowds and language problems. It also turned out that there was no room service - contrary to what was advertised in the hotel folder. Laundry room in basement, off the car park was not so user friendly a location. Improved services would definitely be much appreciated and increase rating.
